The End

On Tuesday 9th November we arrived at the finish of our cross Australia cycle – two and a half months since starting at Perth.

4,818 kilometres across an amazing country with wonderfully friendly people all along the way.

  1. We’ve copied you to Rohloff twitter feed. Would be a good Rohloff Tales example (their big promo book of bike tours). Angelo of course had three such equipped solo Nazcas on his Canadian tour so they could feature as well. Enjoying your beer review!

  2. Hi Cliffandsusan, congratulations, and must say a little envious. Never thought of continuing to Brisbane or even as far as Cairns? You are both retired after all. Hopefully I’ll see you before we leave for North Cape. By the way did you only drink beer down under? What about the great wine they have? Enjoy a deserved rest and some opera. Angelo

    1. Hi Angelo. Thanks for following. It was a though to continue up the east coast but we have decided to go to New Zealand instead. The bike will be in temporary storage in Sydney until we return. Yes we had some great wine particularly from the areas we cycled through. Yes hopefully catch up with you before your North Cale trip.     A real voyage and another continent covered. Although Tasmania is nice I hear!
